SHIPPING POLICY
While we strive to process and ship your order promptly, carrier delays are beyond our control.
Orders will ship within 1-4 business days, M-F, except for holidays. We do not conduct business on weekends. Large orders may require an additional 3-5 days handling time. Orders ship from Illinois.
Transit time within the U.S. is 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping carriers, are only estimates and represent the best-case scenario. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates.
Free Shipping on orders over $75. This promotion may not always available. Orders shipping to the lower 48 U.S. states will be eligible for free shipping if their order total (before discounts and taxes) is over $75. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and/or internationally are not eligible for this promotion.
If a delivery issue occurs, we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the investigation is complete and the carrier has confirmed the outcome.
If a package is refused, the full product cost will be refunded to the customer once the package arrives back to our location. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
If a package is tagged as "Return to Sender" by the shipping carrier due to Insufficient Address or any other reason, customers will be refunded for the product cost only. These orders are not eligible for a refund of the original shipping cost, and your refund will be applied after the order has been returned to us.
Please note: It is the responsibility of the customer to enter their address correctly on their order. We are happy to edit the Shipping Address for any order that has not yet been processed for shipping, however, Authentic Street Signs cannot be held liable for addresses that are entered incorrectly.
